Symbols surround us, hidden in the everyday shapes in our lives.​

     I love the idea of finding divinity in our modern world, in trash and everyday objects. So often we think of our current reality as void of depth + spiritual meaning. 

​

     This symbol was found blowing around in the trash, on Broadway in South Bushwick, Brooklyn. I immediately saw meaning in its dusty origins.

​

Heart and hearth are so close to each other, linguistically and spiritually.
